Project / Program Management
Besides project management for our single-disciplinary projects we also offer program management for multidisciplinary projects.

Within Project Management, in addition to our regular activities, we include technical analysis, price evaluations, negotiations, delivery inspections, purchasing and budgeting.

Design and engineering
All engineering activities can be carried out by TMG under Stress Calculations, Hazard Identification Study (HAZID), Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP's) Risk Inventory and Evaluation's (CPI's), wall thickness calculations, Safety Integrity Level (SIL) requirements, Lopa, Dispersion measurements for zoning and explosion protection document (EPD's) for ATEX areas.

Realization and implementation
TMG International can provide full implementations, including construction management, safety management, scheduling, planning and permits, and of course the performance itself.

Delivery and guarantee
TMG International provides a project fully focusing on quality, safety, planning and cost, and in addition on the implementation of documentation and documenting products and spare parts in the customer's system.
